About these terms
This website and our free snapshot reports are provided by Quiet Shopper, run by Cameron Cornelius, an individual based in Malta. Contact: hello@quietshopper.com.
Free snapshot reports
- A snapshot report is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.
- It reflects the conversations we held on the dates stated in the report. AI chatbots can answer the same question differently each time, so a report is a sample of behaviour, not a guarantee of how your chatbot will behave in future.
- A report describes what we observed and compares it with your published pages. It is not legal advice. Where a finding may raise a legal or regulatory question, we suggest you check it with a qualified adviser.
- The grade in a report is our own scale for comparing results over time. It is not an industry standard or a certification.
Accuracy and corrections
We check every finding before we send it. If you believe something in your report is wrong, reply within 14 days and we will review it and correct any factual error.
Confidentiality
Your report is sent only to your business. We never publish your business’s name or your chatbot’s answers without your written consent.
Paid services
Monthly testing is provided under a separate written agreement and testing authorisation, which set out the scope, price and terms of that service.
Liability
Free reports and this website are provided as they are, without any promise that they are complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top.
